1. Acceptance
By opening an account you agree to be bound by these terms as amended from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
Funds must originate from an account held in your own name. Third-party transfers will be returned.
5. Termination
Either party may close the account in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the client agreement.
